It Is Also About the People

One of the reasons I have stayed in the casino industry for so long is that I have always enjoyed the people far more than the spreadsheets.

Many of the players I originally met as casino clients 10, 15 or even 20 years ago are people I still speak to today.

Once a year we organise a cruise where members can spend a week reconnecting, enjoying good food, having a few drinks, gambling if they want to and simply having fun together, and throughout the year we organise smaller events and get togethers at reputable casinos and venues.

I also make an effort to see many of our members personally when I am travelling.

Most VLC members have busy lives and I certainly don't expect them to attend every event, but if I am in your neighbourhood, there is a good chance I will suggest we meet for a nice lunch or dinner, and if you happen to play golf, I will probably suggest a round of golf as well.

For me, that has always been what VIP hosting should be about.
