How We Evaluate & Match Casinos

VIP Legacy Club is not a pay-to-rank directory. Recommendations come from 33 years of VIP management, direct operator relationships, and what we would suggest to a player we know personally.
When you use the concierge or email to request to join, we consider how you play, how much you move monthly, what has frustrated you, and what you want most. We then recommend a fitting operator or route serious players toward host-level review when realistic for their profile.
We do not invent licenses, bonuses, payout times, or GEO eligibility. If a claim cannot be supported by our operator data or an authoritative source, we mark it as Not verified or omit it. We avoid unsupported “best,” “safe,” “guaranteed,” or “fast” marketing language.
Criteria we weigh
- •Licensing and regulatory standing (only when verified in our operator data or a regulator source)
- •GEO availability for the player’s market
- •VIP host availability and response quality
- •Withdrawal limits and payout behaviour by method (only when verified)
- •Bonus and cashback terms at VIP tier (with verification date when available)
- •Game depth for your vertical (slots, live, sports)
- •KYC friction and dispute track record
- •Player fit — not maximum affiliate commission
Offer verification
Where we publish a welcome offer or similar commercial claim, we show an offer verification date from our operator records when available. Stale or missing dates display as not verified. Bonus amounts and wagering terms must match the source we last checked — we do not invent replacements.
License & GEO
Operator pages list license authority and number only when present in our verified operator data, with a regulator link when we have one. GEO availability is shown per market from that same data. Players must still confirm eligibility and legality where they live.
Author & reviewer
Guides and methodology content are overseen by Jörn, founder of VIP Legacy Club. Named reviewers appear on review pages when a testing note includes a reviewer id.
AI use
Corrections
